justTRAC jt300 Enduro Rider Tracker:
The justTRAC solution includes the small jt300 tracking unit and tracking portal with monthly service subscription.
The jt300 is a sealed, rugged and watertight battery-operated personal GPS tracker developed as a safety and support option to riders or “off-road” and 1-day events.
The complete jt300 justTRAC solution includes a web tracking portal with the option to import the actual event route on the tracking portal. With this feature, the support crew can monitor the progress of the rider during the event directly on the route and are constantly informed on the progress or possible incidents.
The jt300 includes a panic button which alerts the SOS contact as well as sending the rider location at the time. Which alerts the SOS contact and provides the current rider location.

Sign-up and Start
To use the justTRAC rider tracking service you must buy the jt300 device on-line or at a reseller and then subscribe for your monthly service thorough the on-line shop. Once we have received your monthly subscription we will register your details on the justTRAC portal and provide you with your log-in credentials via email.
Follow the next steps to start using the service:
- Charge the battery using the battery charger and mini-USB cable supplied. Carefully open the USB rubber weatherproofing port cover to access the USB socket.
- During charging the power LED light will flash repeatedly. Once the battery is fully charged, it will stop flashing and remain a solid green.
- The unit can also be charged using your PC or a standard USB power unit using a mini USB cable.
01. Event Tracking
justTRAC is an easy to use solution for:

The solution includes a jt300 tracking device and the monthly subscription to the justTRAC tracking service and portal. A jt300 device is carried by each enduro rider or athlete. Support teams or fans can track the rider’s progress in real-time through accessing the web portal or mobile tracking apps.
02. Event Route Information
Many Enduro events such as the Roof of Africa are held in beautiful locations which have no detailed map information on Google maps. For these events, justTRAC provides a unique feature to import the race route in .gpx format via the mobile or PC app. Rider locations and progress is then displayed on the event route to provide accurate location and progress information. This enables support teams to verify location, progress and results.
Route maps are imported using the PC software. Login to the justTRAC PC software and go to the “ZONE” tab. See the .gpx upload button on the right top and follow the prompts to import the file, remember to save it. To display the rider progress on the route, open the overlay option on the right and select “routes”.
03. Anywhere You Go
justTRAC uses the GSM 2G or 3G data communication network to link your tracking device via the internet with the justTRAC tracking software. The justTRAC GSM communication solution uses pre-configured SIM modules that will enable roaming between operators to ensure you are always connected, even when crossing borders.
Each tracking device is equipped with a justTRAC managed SIM module which is loaded with data bundle and airtime as is needed to ensure continuous tracking of your location. Within the borders of South Africa, the system uses data bundles for tracking data while it uses airtime bundles for tracking data outside the borders of South Africa.
When in Lesotho or other neighbouring countries.
We have already loaded your SIM with airtime bundles for tracking outside South Africa and our operational system will ensure we keep your SIM active. However, we do recommend you contact us at support@justtrac.co.za and let us know if you plan to do an event crossing borders, just so we can take special care in supporting you.
04. Easy To Operate
justTRAC is specifically developed for ease of user activation and operation, just follow the following steps to activate your device and configure the mobile and PC software application.
Activate Device
Your device is preconfigured and preloaded for operation on the justTRAC adventure tracking solution. Unpack the unit and charge the device, it is recommended you charge for 12 hours, then follow the link on www.justtrac.co.za and login to the justTRAC software using your user name and password which you will received as part of the registration payment.
06. Low Cost
The justTRAC devices and monthly services were designed to provide the optimum cost solution for the unique requirements of adventure event tracking.
